Cody Russell is a native to New Mexico and resident of Las Cruces for the last 12 years. Receiving his Real Estate training from Dona Ana Community College Cody graduated in the top of his class. Kelly relocated to Las Cruces, NM with her family in 1989. After graduating from New Mexico State University with her Bachelor's in Science she relocated and spent several years in Dallas, TX. There she pursed and excelled in her highly competitive Medical Sales profession. Returning to Las Cruces to continue her sales career she joined the Property Consultants team.

With a family background in Architecture, Planning, & Urban Design and over 10 years of sales experience Kelly has the knowledge, talent, and commitment to make every client happy. Aaron Perez has a long career in the business world for being so young. Growing up as a grandson of Dick Perez, founder of Dick’s Café, he started working at the age of 12. He helped bussing tables, prepping food, and assisting wherever need be. As the business grew, another restaurant began in the making, Chilitos. Helping with two locations by the mere age of 15; thus giving him knowledge of Las Cruces and the Mesilla Valley’s vast demographics. Aaron graduated from Las Cruces High School in 2000; going on to attend NMSU for two years all while managing two restaurants. He then decided to reach for something more, getting his real estate license in March of 2002. Aaron has a passion for the real estate business and is always keeping up with newly developing areas, existing great locations & loves to find just the right location to suite you, the people of our community.
